I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO GET A PASSWORD RESET EMAIL ONLINE AND THROUGH THE GAME BUT NO LUCK. I HAVE WAITED A FEW DAYS AND TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES. IS THERE ANY WORK AROUND FOR THIS. I TRIED TO CONTACT SUPPORT BUT I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN TRYING TO SEND MY FORM. I TRIED FROM IE EXPLORER AND FIREFOX BROWSERS.

Hi @klmjohnohnson, do you have a Kingdom account? If so, then all you have to do is to go to king.com and try logging in. Type in your email address and then on the bottom you will click on "Recover password". You will get an email with a temporary password that will let you in and then you can change it. Here is the link for king.com - https://king.com/games
If you do not have a Kingdom account, then I suggest that you get one by following the steps on here:

Hi @Kim_Moore, are you playing the game on a mobile device? If so, please note that all lives and boosters are just saved to that device so that you can play the game offline. For this reason, any crash of your device or update of your operating system can cause you to lose all of them. The only thing that remains is your gold bars. For this reason, King suggests that you don't save them and that you use them as you play the game.
