Level 8 pet rescue puzzle stuck

I can not get past level 8 my monkey will not descend the vine and I run out of moves every time. I have re booted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Screen shot showing monkey at the top of the vine and no blocks left.

Please help

On level 8 of Pet rescue puzzle the monkey won't move. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling turning phone off and on. The monkey sits at the top and I'm not able to scroll down the blocks once gone also don't replenish. I've been stuck for a couple of days and thinking of deleting

This issue should be fixed by now.

Have you tried reinstalling the app and see if that helps?

Thanks Crazy Cat Lad. I've tried to reinstalling it but it didnt work. Still stuck in lvl 8.

OK, thanks for letting me know, @Cutingedge . I will report this to the Game Studio, but I have also manually moved you to level 9 in the game so you can continue playing right away instead of waiting for a fix.

Uhmmm, im still in lvl 8. So i checked my player ID. Its different now. 

It says my player ID is now : 10735826790

Maybe this happend because i tried it with no login, Facebook account en with my King Account. 

Im so sorry for this

Yeah, the game is now connected to Facebook and not your King account.

I moved your game to level 9 on your Facebook as well so you should be able to continue no matter which of the accounts you use.
