In the beginning my triceratops disappeared then I had to rehatch it from the egg now I have lost my panda and owl. They are no longer at my pets house. Please help.

I apologize for the delayed response!! I am sorry to hear you are having issues in the game!! It is very strange to hear that your pets are missing from the game!!
The Pet Puzzle Community Moderator @Crazy Cat Lad was out of the office from past 2 days and will be back only on Monday! Once the team is back, they will be able to look into your issue
In the mean time, can you please check your "App Store" for any available updates for the game!! I am not sure if it helps with this particular issue or not, but it never goes wrong
Also, did you try deleting & re-installing the App? Please post back what happened with the game after the "Update"! If no updates are available and you do not have any stored up boosters, please go ahead with re-installation of the App
Hi I lost my new pet and the one that was in the swimming pool, please return them as my other pets are very upset as am I. What is going on....have they run away from home......
i understand if you are sad when a pet or pets run away fromt he Pet Home, but as I mentioned above, at this moment there is no fix for this or a way to restore any pets that you collected if you lose them.
I have passed on this feedback to the Game Studio though to see if it would be possible to restore them in the future.

At this moment there is no fix for this or a way to restore any pets that you collected if you lose them.
Luckily, this don't affect the game play and if this keeps happening or if you have any other issues, please let me know!
