Level 284 won't move downward

I have attempted to play level 284 several times and it will now move downward to allow me to continue playing the level. I have restarted my phone and the app.

Downloaded an app update today, but the level is still broken. The blocks are now visible, but when you finish the first part, the game doesn't scroll down to the second part.

I have the same problem.I even re downloaded the game but the last seven blocks cannot be removed. please correct the issue soon!!!👍👍👍

I am having the same problem with level 284, when the blocks on the top level have been cleared the Screen does not scroll down, please fix this soon!

I am sorry to hear that you both are having issue in level # 284!!  It is strange to hear that even "Re-installation" of the App did not resolve it!!  I am not that far in to the game yet, hence, I will not be able to provide any suggestions for you!  

I will tag the Pet Puzzle Community Moderator @Crazy Cat Lad to look into the issue.  Whole King Community Team are out of the office and they will be back only on Monday.  I request you to please be patient till then to receive any advice from the team!!

The game gets stuck on level 284.  I have redownloaded and updated, but game still won't progress.

I am very sorry to hear that you all are having issue with the Level # 284!!  This is the 3rd thread I have seen today with the same complaint that the blocks are not moving downwards!!  Did any of you tried "Delete & Reinstalling" the App? 

One player from other thread tried that, but still it did not work!!  I am not that far ahead in the game, hence I cannot provide any valuable suggestions to solve the issue!! 

I will tag the Pet Puzzle Community Moderator @Crazy Cat Lad to look into the issue.  But, please aware that whole King Team are out of the office and will be back on Monday!!  Hence, you will be receiving any update with regards to the issue then only

@kjc, @picpoul @avanti @kt38 - sorry to hear of the problem.  It definitely appears to be glitch and quite a few people are reporting it.  As one of our Superstar's has said, the Community moderators and managers have already left for the day because they are based in Europe.  There are other people who have gotten past that level (like @wafercookieflippers), but maybe the glitch has just recently appeared.

However - I see that you are all new to the community  so Welcome!  I wanted to make sure you know about a contest that is going on here.  If you post a screen shot of your current  level - you will get 25 gold bars!  Please see the link below:

level 284 does not continue!  when you finish eliminating the upper bushes, the screen does not go down!  I'm sorry I can't play anymore!  how can i solve?
