Level 284 is still not working properly

I have closed the app and restarted the phone. Level 284 is still not working right. It won’t move down.

    Hi @tinahuang and welcome to our Community!

    This issue was fixed a time ago by the level being replaced by another type of level. 

    First make sure that you have the latest update of the game installed.

    Then make sure you have an internet connection on your device and that the game is properly connected to your Facebook or King account. 

    If the fix still haven't reached your game, then clear the cache and restart the app: 
    -On iPhone/ iPad simply swipe the app up and restart the device
    -On Android go Settings > Apps > Pet Rescue Puzzle > Clear cache and then tap Force Stop. Finally restart the device. 

    Let me know if you have any further issues.
