Unfortunately I have the new version of the map and cannot go back and replay the level to see if I run into the same problem. I am tagging @Crazy Cat Lad - who is the Community manager for this game and hopefully he will respond on Monday. I am also tagging superstar @Lynette - who is an expert at this game and may be able to go back and check the level herself. Hopefully one of them will be able to help you out.

Level 211 has no puppies. In this level you need to rescue rabbits from in the hats. To do this you need to make matches next to the hat, each rabbit needs 3 matches in a row to save it.
You will see the bunnies pop out of the hats, first it's just their ears, then the second time you see their faces, then third time they jump up to Fern and are rescued.
If you do not manage to make another match immediately after another, the rabbit will sink back into the hat!

Level # 211 is a Bunnies task. You have to bring out all the bunnies from the hats by matching blocks next to them --- in consecutive moves. Otherwise, the bunnies will go back into their hats!
** Each bunny needs 3 moves one after another repeatedly. I will post a picture in a minute.
