Why is this level not moving down?

Hello @nunyah85, Hearty Welcome to the Pet Puzzle section of our friendly King Community

There was a glitch with level # 284 and many players have complained about it.  Hence, the King Team has changed it in beginning of this month!! 

To receive that update, you will have to check your device "App Store" / "Play Store" and if there are any.  If nothing is available, then try to delete the game App and reinstall it.  It will definitely help to bring up the new level into your game.

** Please remember that you will be loosing any boosters that are stored up in the game AND they cannot be reimbursed by the King team

I did! And still nothing... Now what?

Did you delete the game App and reinstalled it too?  Do you still see the old board and is there no improvement in the game?

I checked your game in our system and it shows that you currently are on level 289.

Did you get level 284 working in the end?

Level 284 has been changed so that there is no second stage any more
