I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the Gold Bars that you have purchased!! Sometimes, when we turn off our device and turn it on after 2 minutes, it helps!! Not sure the reason behind it!!!
** While filling out the form, enter the TOPIC as "Problems with Purchase", and SUBTOPIC as "Purchased Items NotReceived"; Then in the provided dialogue box, write briefly about the issue and click on "Submit".
You should receive an automated response as acknowledgement with a ticket number. If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to that email.
