So I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I have completed the first phase of this level like 10 times n it wont scroll down to complete the second phase...any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that you are stuck on the level for past few days!! There are 2 things you can do to improve the game....
1) Check your Play Store OR App Store (depending on the device) for any available Updates and install that Update. It will solve the issue easily. Sometimes, you might have to restart your device for the Update to kick-in!
2) If there are NO updates available, Delete and Reinstall the App. It will definitely solve the issue as the newly installed App is all updated

Yes I tried both of the things you suggested n now it's making me start the game from level one either tho I linked the game to my Facebook n email...really dont want to start over..help plz

—-> Tap on the Gear / cog-wheel icon in the game —-> Click on “My Profile” —-> you should see this below screen —-> Tap on the King Emblem to get your Pet Puzzle game ID number

Are you able to play the level correctly now or doesn't it move down even though you cleared all bubbles in the first phase?
