Are you sure the Pet is not hiding somewhere in your Pet house? Or do you need to add a new room? As you get more Pets they are added to the top of your house and new rooms become available as you get them. Look at your gear wheel and see if it has a red number, this indicates that you need to click on it and add a new room to fit your new Pets.
Hi @Lynette and thanks for your quick reply. No there is not really. I am attaching the screen shots. The pets should be 31 and instead they are 30 (Fossetta should be where I put the red arrow).
