I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  I hope you are talking about Pet Puzzle game itself  

With regards to the issue, did you log in through Facebook or Kingdom account?  Can you provide a screenshot when you see the message "you are not connected" 

** To post back, tap on "Type your Comment" box located below.  And to include the screenshot, tap on "Attach Image" icon located in the Tool Bar, then click on "Choose File" to include the screenshot from your device.
