It looks like the same connection issue as these players have here.
The pets and rooms are not lost, they are still backed up in your game on our server. The issue is a connection issue between the server and your device.
Therefore they don't show up in your game, even though they should be there.
The Game Studio is aware of this and is investigating the connection issue, but haven't yet figured out why this is happening for some players.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaI am sorry to say that King team have released a new version of Map and Pet room to some of their players as a test feature. Just like you, many of us are not very fond of it.
Please go to this link where my friend and a co-superstar @bearwithme has started a POLL to take feedback on the Map and also Pet house. Here is the link, please go to that thread and Vote to bring back the old Map back.

If that's not the case, and you just lost the boosters with no particular reason, our Pet Saga CM @Crazy Cat Lad will help you with the issue. Thanks a lot for providing your game ID, it will help to look into your game

With regards to Pets & Pet rooms --> Pets are still there, but Pet rooms are not
