I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Actually, # 830 is the current last level in Pet Puzzle Saga.
To forward in your game, the first and foremost thing you need to do is to check if your game App is up to date or not!! If not, install the latest version!
If it is updated recently and you are still not getting new levels, then it is best to delete and reinstall the game App. This will remove any and all glitches that are currently present in your game.
But, please be aware that, when we reinstall our game App(s), we loose all our stored up boosters and they cannot be reimbursed by the King team UNLESS they are purchased with real money.
