Once the available rooms are filled with Pets, you will be asked to build new rooms.
When we are supposed to build / expand the house, we will see a "Red Exclamation" mark next to the "Wrench" icon. Once you click on it, all the rooms you have collected till now will pop-up and you can change/re-build your house!
