So my IPad has updated this app and now I can’t even get in RC?? Of course this happens in the hour that I took a walk. Smh.

Is this even Candy Crush Jelly? This is for the Royal Championship. Might be helpful to go to the regular game boards instead of something not related to it.

This is the same thing that happened to me. My Samsung S10 updated the game and I wasn't able to get back on. I am able to get on the game with my Samsung Tab E. I emailed support and at first they told me to go through some steps to see if this was corrected but it didn't work. Several people are having this problem and now support is trying to see what's going on with the game as more players people are having this issue. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
