The problem I have with that is this started yesterday. They knew there was a problem. It’s bull 💩 to make us wait until Monday. I really hope they plan on reimbursing everyone who bought the 24 hours unlimited and couldn’t use it. Like myself. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I am glad too! Too bad it's going to take that long. RC doesn't come on Monday. At first I thought it was something that was only happening to me, then I came here to see others were having the same problem. Hopefully it is fixed and we all can get back to playing.

They did know there was a problem, but they did try the normal things to fix it, ie.restart your phone, clear cache etc. When none of those things worked and they realized it was happening a lot, they escalated their process. Did you put in a ticket with support stating what happened to you? Did you let them know that you used your gold bars for the 24 hour play? If not, you need to do so, I am sure they will reimburse you your gold bars.

I DONT PLAY RC THAT MUCH JUST HERE AND THERE SO I JUST GOT ON TO PLAY FOR A LITTLE BIT MAYBE 5 MINS AGO AND ITS GIVING NO INTERNET CONNECTION👀 ANYONE ELSE?

I think there should be an emoji to tell your opponent that they made a terrific play. Sometimes my opponent will make a move and I think to myself “now that was nice!!’’

I pay for a 24-hour ticket from the Royal championship and I did not get to play so how do I get a refund and will I be able to get in any future Royal championships
