How to bypass « no connection » with IOS.
Hello! It took me a while to test it since this problem isn’t frequent with my account. If you’re playing with an iPhone, when you see the synch animation starts by the end of your match, wait and don’t touch anything for approx 6-7 secs. If it’s still synching, swipe down with your finger as you would do when you want to see your internet connection, time or notifications (let me know if it’s not clear). Do it once or twice for 2-3 secs and then it should work.
If not, leave the app by swiping up your finger so your main menu with all the apps appear but no more then 3 secs and then go back on the candy crush jelly apps. It might bring you back to the main menu but when you open RC, you’ll receive your points and not lose your winning streak.
For me, it works approx. 4/5 so I guess if it’s a recurring problem it might works for you too!
And also : NEVER try to send the emoji reactions to your opponent when it lags. I dont know why but it seems to lag even more when I tried. 🤷🏽♀️
I know they should fix this problem since we ALL know we do have an excellent wifi-3G connection but in the main time that’s my only solution to cope with this crap 🙂

The game keeps freezing on me in mid play.
Quite frustrating.

If a booster isn’t used during a game because it didn’t load before the game ended or froze, give it back.

What happened? I have clicked on the empty tile and the arena is frozen. I had lost the streak because of this stupid arena.
