From first to last I don't blamed any moderator... All I said about the studio... This page is about "what I think" and I said what I exactly think about the studio... Everyone knows there is something wrong with this studio...
Yes, everything is about business... We all after money... But there is good ways and bad ways... So, what just happened me with moderators is they told me that I shouldn't call a cheater who cheats... Just some arguments... Something about manner...
But there is some situation being truthfulness before manner...
I know moderators are clean and they has nothing in their hand...

You're right, @Krishnopakkho , this page is the place for you to write down your feedback, so please don't stop doing it.
There are some House Rules that need to be followed, as you all know. As long as they are followed, constructive feedback is welcomed and CM will not edit it.
I am a Community Manager and work for King. I know the developers behind the game, and I can assure you they work very hard every day to offer you the best Jelly game possible. They've made wonderful features like the Royal Championship and so many others and they wake up every day to create more and more fun for you.
Of course it's a company and there's money involved- they need to pay me 😜. But I assure you I'm super proud to work for King.
There are issues- yes. The team works hard to solve them- yes. For a long time- yes. Issues come and go, and are not always easy to tackle.
I'm thankful that @channie8 , @headoperations , @NikolaosProdromidis , @NamTruong2001 and so many Jellies are still around, sometimes angry, sometimes playful, sometimes very excited when they win or see a change. And @headoperations , don't think we don't appreciate you here, please, because we do.

I do appreciate what you said. But there are two things- want to do something and try to do something. So, all the technical issues, server or connection related issues, algorithm related issues and BOT related issues all are happening almost for 1 year. I'm not the only one who is frustrated about those. Some already leave this game. So, what I told before two things- want to and try to. I don't know, but what I know is developer works under kings should be the world's best and if they really try hard at least some issues should be solved in this time. So, after all of this question comes- are they really want to fix those or want to fix those???
Hope you get my point. Glad to hear you said that this page is for us. But, if really it was for us then no will leaves that community for being frustrated. Many of us said for a long time if the studio is unable to solve those problems at least they should remove the streak. At least we do deserve some fun time from this game. Do you think the studio will compromise this???
Actually after all of this it's hard for us to believe the studio will compromise something for us before money!!!

I agree with your statements
I have to say that I am not so good with technology and sometimes I feel overwhelmed with the way it works. I just know the basic. But I strongly believe that hackers exist and are attacking in many forms and that we are not safe from them.
*Could you please tell me how to find that YouTube video about the hacker you’re mentioning? I am curious
