Didn't understand how can they still go up while I'm still stuck just because of "no match found"?

What's wrong with this event? I still have 5 tickets and it still shows "no match found" and does not let me play. See myself being dethroned.
The event is becoming worse and worse from time to time, no development at all, just more downgrade β¬οΈ

Something is definitely wrong with your game!?!? It's like they don't want you playing, for some unknown crazy reason! Are you too good? Are you winning too much and/or winning too many gold bars? I can't imagine why they would care, even IF that was the case. But, it's seriously the weirdest game glitch I've seen yet in RC. I'm sure you've done everything possible to fix it, but, have you written to King support regarding this issue? It really seems unfair that you can't get in and this has to be affecting your win streak π‘π π€¬

@NamTruong2001 Do you hit retry after it does it? I remember when I had this problem sometimes it took 5-6 retries until it found someone.

@alsto40 I hit 20 times and I had to stop because I had to do my other work.

@NamTruong2001 ~ Totally agree and I'm sure that's what they want us to do - NO WAY!!! This week, my gold bars have been mysteriously disappearing AGAIN! In the CC Jelly game, I had 44, went down to 33 and then today when I looked, they were at 25 gold bars. In CC Friends game, I only had 7 gold bars, but, somehow, they just up and walked away. I mean, you can't even buy anything or continue your game for a measly 7 bars. I was so upset, I wrote to King support from the Jelly game and they restored them, thank you King! And, oddly enough, even though I hadn't mentioned this to them yet, the gold bars in CC Friends were restored also. Hmmm?!?!?! Not that I'm complaining, LOL, just happy I got them all back.

Just letting everyone know that a few minutes ago I played RC just to see if I had the same problem that some of you are talking about. I am happy to inform you that I played the five tickets π« without any abnormalities. I won 3 times. Lost 2.
I also played with someone named Allouna @Allouna76 and made me think of you. π
Still, I wonβt get to play RC that often unless the Studio plays fair with us. π€
