No, it is not closed! I suppose it is the known problem that appears from time to time to some players.
If hou haven't change internet provider or router, or location and you play as usual, the most possible is that it will recover itself!
However, try cleaning app's cache in your device and check if there is any app update, just to be sure that your device is not responsible for this!
