Pay to play for 24 hours

Here is my question: if you pay to play for 24 hours, and this was done PRIOR to the update, why are the next challenges locked? I realize you can still play, but I paid to play the game the way it was and not having to wait 2 hours for the next challenge. Part of playing for 24 hours is playing and moving up the challenge, and receiving boosters. I want my gold bars OR my money back that I used to buy the gold bars in order to play.
I know this seems fair and you are not in the fair or honesty business, but you at least owe the people that paid a refund because we paid to play the game as it was and not the way you made it after the update.

@Harrell Hi Again, The community can not deal with purchase issues, So you will need to contact customer support for this query

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
