Player Support have randomly moved players to test groups and as result they will no longer be able to access the arena. Very annoyed by this as the main game is soooo boring.

And do you know if there is any chance I can access the game again ?

Logging out and in and uninstalling and then reinstalling does not solve the problem and it is not suggested!
The best is to wait! I understand that it is not what players want, but it is the best to do at this time.

I’ve been locked out of royal championship . Why ? I find this space hard to navigate . I’m on 3687 on the map . Why am I still only level 2? And why do you have to participate in all these weird spaces here to level up ? You need badges now to play Royal Championship? I bought a 24 hour ticket and now I can’t use it!

Hi there, just wanted to add that I'm still also not able to get into the Royal Championship arena.
Hoping that those working on this are able to get it back up and running... the Arena is BY FAR my favorite Candy Crush Game ever! I love playing against others. Sending you all of my positive juju in hopes you get it fixed soon! I MISS it!
