Just a heads-up that the Player Support team has been receiving messages from players who have been experiencing freezing and crashes when using boosters to play a level. 🚨

The issue seems to happen when players activate a booster before starting a level, causing the game to freeze, forcing them to close the app, and unfortunately losing their boosters and coins.

This has already been reported to the studio, and they’re currently investigating. In the meantime, we can advise players to:
Avoid using boosters before starting a level until a fix is released.
Ensure their game is updated to the latest version.
Restart the game and clear cache (if applicable).

I’ll keep you updated once we hear more from the studio! Let me know if you’ve seen similar reports or if there’s anything else we should track.

Regarding the update, it seems that Apple can receive the update, but Android/Google cannot. 😏

I wanted to give you a heads up that the issue with using boosters and the game freezing has been reported to the studio and they are currently looking into it 😉

Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well. An update:

The issue where using and purchasing Boosters would make the game freeze has now been fixed in our latest update.

As always, to make sure you have the latest version:

-On mobile or tablet, simply go to the game page in your app store and make sure the latest version is installed. If you already have the game open, please also fully close it down and start it again.

-On Facebook/King.com, you only need to close and reopen your browser and restart the game.
