Hi @QueenB , there is a conversation going about the Season Pass which right now it is called the Lucky Shuffle Premium Pass. I talked with you yesterday about the differences of it with the members.
With the last update, we also received a St Patricks Card that, Ina said you could get if you buy the Premium Pass. So Traci ( @Racoon7 ) purchased the Premium Pass and she did not get the card.
Can you tell me how they can get the St Patricks Card please.

I know this is not an urgent problem but Ina told Traci to go to Players Support, which she did, but they know nothing about it. So just trying to find out how to get that card. There are 3 pages of comments about this card 😂💕

Thank you for sharing this! I see that Player Support is already handling Tracy's support message and they are currently checking with the team!
The studio will have a look and report back to Player Support so they will help the player out with this issue as maybe they need to be compensated!
FYI! I will be on holidays next week so it's best if Player Support keeps track of this so they can update the player incase we don't hear back from the studio this week 😉

I know that Kelly is off for some sun and fun, so if you will please report a new problem with the Season Pass, I would appreciate it. You can find this thread 👉️Here
Also to see what happens if I try to purcahse the Premium Pass what would happen, I found out that you cannot purchase anything. I just get a Transaction Canceled on no money was removed from your account.

Thanks for flagging this! Player Support has already flagged this to the studio and we're waiting on a a response from them as it is still being investigated!
The Game Experts will hopefully provide more details next week once we hear back from the team 😉
