Hi there,

Second Chance that started on 7th April has two rounds:

• Round 1 (April 7th - April 8th)
• Round 2 (April 9th - April 10th)

To proceed further, they need to win Round 1 to then get into Round 2. If they would've won Round 2, then they get back into Final Knockouts.

I brought this issue to you guys before but missing your suggestion in this (new) area, Kelly!!

I am concerned for the players' complaining about their game crashing when they attempt to make a purchase!!

There is one, today —> HERE;

And, one from yesterday —> HERE (player reinstalled their game thinking the issue will be resolved😕)

(I don't know if there are anymore complaints, as I haven't been that active!!)

I am sorry to say this! But, it would have been clear if that was mentioned under the timeline🤔

1. Second Knockouts: April 3 - April 7​
2. Second Chance 2: April 7 - April 10​
3. Final Knockouts:
   • Round 1: April 10 - April 14​

If not, after the round ends, there should be a pop-up with bold letters that mentions — wait for the next round that starts in 24 hours to move to the Finals (or something like that)!! Just sharing my thoughts🙏

Thanks so much for flagging this and for always keeping an eye out for these issues 💜

I had a look at both cases, so far, the first player hasn’t replied back, so we don’t have much to go on yet. In the second case, it looks like the problem might be related to their payment method (card issue) rather than anything on our side. So at the moment, it doesn’t appear to be a wider issue coming from the game itself.

That said, I’ll definitely keep monitoring just in case we see more reports come through. Really appreciate you staying on top of things 💪🌟
