Hello everyone, I understood that the Werewolf Yeti costume is disabled until the bug is found and fixed. Recently, there have been complaints about this costume again. Players can select it (so it's not disabled) and encounter the same error as a few weeks ago.
What is the current status of the investigation? When will the costume be fixed?

Hi @Snow_Rider the error occurred on all devices. The example is from the HUAWEI MediaPad T5, Android version 8.0. However, the error also occurred on my Samsung phone (Android 14) and in the Windows app.

After I cleared the cache, the reward chests disappeared.

Then I logged out, restarted my device, and logged back in, with the result that my winning streak was also reset. My sticker was on day 3 before logging out of the game and I should have received a sticker for day 4 yesterday - instead I had to start again on day 1 and rebuild Allen's balloons (pre-game booster)
