Thank you for confirming the level you shared is the correct one. I didn't know some players could be like that. As for our tools, I had confirmation from the team, and in fact, they hadn't updated correctly yet. I also shared your report for this level with the team.

The tools now show the correct max number of levels, and for level 8695, I was told that the level shows a pass rate of 43.4%, which is good, however, the APS (Attempts per Success) is 65.9 only. This has all been reported to the Studio, along with your comments about the level.

Our team hasn't been able to find other reports about this. Could we please have the current game version you're running, your device details (brand, make and OS), and CUID, so that the Studio has more info and tries to reproduce the issue from their side?

Hi @Alex_The_Witch I hope you're doing well too. It's a warm spring day in Germany today, with 21 degrees Celsius.

The graphics glitch is occurring on all devices, and as long as players receive their daily bonus, you probably won't see any further reports. Here are the specifications for my laptop (the app is from the Microsoft Store):

My Android devices are different brands and models, with Android versions 6.0, 7.1, 8.0, and 14.0.
The app version on my Android devices is the same as on my laptop.
Perhaps you can log in to the community's test account (Tiffi account) to see the graphical error for yourself.

I see and find mostly of the players are start asking and stucking on Level 5253, 5254, 5255, 5271, 5272, 5273, 5274, 5275, 5276, 5277, 5280, 5281 and 5282 as these levels are really another impossible to be passed due to not very enough moves to be passed possible and also too many layers of blockers should be destroyed by many moves in Diamond Diaries Saga again. Oh Dear again! 🙁

After the diamond has been unlocked, the diamond got stucking on the circle on Level 5272! ⬇️🙁

They continue feeling very frustrated and annoyed for asking and stucking these new impossible levels again now. Argh...! 😫

So can you please start asking and reporting Level 5253, 5254, 5255, 5271, 5272, 5273, 5274, 5275, 5276, 5277, 5280, 5281 and 5282 to Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team check and fix these new impossible levels easier again now? Many thanks again! 🙏🤗

I have a Pet Rescue Saga player here, who is not receiving Rewards from their 'Special Challenge' Levels

They say that instead of getting the rewards screen (below) after completing their level it goes straight to the (new) Weekly Challenge screen

I'm not sure what to advise?

Hi @Diamond_Lim I have checked all these levels and found that 5253, 5272, 5274, 5276, 5280, 5282 still have a positive pass rate and was unable to find further reports, so please if you encounter more about these levels, you can share them with us.

As for the rest of the levels I have pass the report to the Studio. Thanks!
