Hi @PrettyBubbles,

There is indeed nothing we can do, as Potions are saved locally on the device they've collected them on, and due to a device updates, they can sadly be lost.

And unlike Boosters and Gold Bars, which we can restore. We are unfortunately unable to restore Potions. 😕

Hey Kim! Let me jump in as I’ve just finished a meeting with the Player Support team. We’ve seen a spike in traffic related to lost potions, and the Studio has already been informed.

At first, it seemed like a corner case, but it’s now clear that this is a more widespread issue. I’ve let players know that we’re aware and actively looking into it.

There is a glitch in level #2453 in Diamond Diaries Saga!

1. The goal shows as completed when there are diamonds left to collect;
2. The ✅ pops when moves are left but the level does not end (so, we do not have extra diamonds);
3. There are more diamonds on the board, but goal shows as only 1 more is needed;
4. The Diamond does not reach the top pearl necklace no matter how many bottles I break/collect;
5. Even the goal shows as “done” ✅, the level is a fail;
6. It would help if you guys can take a look at the moves as well please!
7. Final pop-up does show correct count of the diamonds that are left though;

Yes! You're right! I check playing Level 2453 again, I also find Level 2453 has been really glitch as it's diamond counter glitch that we collect these diamonds incorrectly on this level in DiDS! 🙁

I did searching and finding another players are also asking Level 2453 glitch problem and showing these screenshots like your screenshots too! ⬇️🙄
