I really wish there was a way to maintain current progress if a connection is lost. I don’t understand why this is even an issue. There have been numerous times when the connection was lost (not my on my end) and I lost my progress and had to start all over.

@Spinnifix Thanks for your reply. I’m referring to the issues that happen specifically in the Royal Championship platform. No issue with regular game play.

Hello, since you didn't exactly define it, I'll give you a player and she can explain it to you better.

    thanks for tagging me @Spinnifix

@cbay88 there are very often problems with the internet connection at RC. That's why I don't play it that often anymore, only when I've played all the levels on the main card and I'm at the end of the card.

When I played RC, it was also the case with me that the game said I had no internet connection and it couldn't give me my win. Also the progress points were not credited, so I could not advance in the ranking. Once it was so bad that I only finished 21st.

Then I decided to pause for a while.

Definitely it's not because of my internet connection or my device. I have a very fast internet and a device with good memory.

So the mistake must be with the game itself, maybe it is too overloaded by the many players in RC. I can't tell you where the mistake is.

There is a discussion about RC here on the Jelly page. There, players repeatedly report a lack of connection at RC. So we are not alone in doing so.

I also read that the studio is working to fix the error. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be succeeding yet.

Thanks for the info! Glad to know it’s not just me and they are aware of the issue. Hope it gets corrected soon!

@cbay88 I've seen in the store of my mobile device that there's an update. According to the reports of the users in the store, the problem should be fixed.

Please check if you can update the game. I hope you won't have the problem anymore.

@DieOmimi I have been getting the “no internet access” error message for the past two days any time I try to play Champions. 😡 My internet connection is perfectly fine. I’ve reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and still nothing. Have you seen anyone else having this issue or know what else I can try to fix it?

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
