No Championship Event Today?? I paid for 24hr unlimited tickets yesterday evening!

On my main device/account, it says that the arena is "closed". However on my other device with no saved login does show that the event is indeed happening. What kind of stinks is that i bought gold bars and got the 24hr unlimited tickets just yesterday evening. And now I only got a few hours out of it, since there is no event today.
Is it possible to get the event going again on my main Jelly Crush account so i can utilize at least some of my unlimited tickets before it's too late?
I know i read somewhere that not every event is available to everyone at the same time (not sure why...but alas). However if a person still has time left on their 24 hour ticket, i would advise not cutting them off from the event altogether. Or even better...just make the events available for everyone!

The RC is available to everybody all days except Monday!
The problem you have is probably a local problem related to your device, the version of Jelly you have (maybe you have to update it) and the game's cache in your device.
That's why RC is available on your other device!
You can log in into your account on your second device and I think that you can use the rest of your 24 hrs unlimited! 🙂
You can also clean the game's cache on both devices, just to avoid other problems, as no internet connection etc!
Have you a facebook profile? If yes, I think that everything will be o.k.

The last 2 weeks in a row my arena has been closed on Thursday and Friday. Never happened before on this device. It's frustrating.

Is there no RC this weekend? My arena is closed on both my iPhone and iPad.

My arena is open! Check your IOS for updates or the Jelly app.
An other idea is trying to connect from another source, another wifi or data.
Anyway, Royal Championship is a worldwide service and is not affected by local holidays or celebrations!

I pay the 24 hour limited tickets as well and now it’s closed this is not fair what do we do guys? At least I can see I’m not the only one but still they should credit us or if it’s a 24 hour ticket have it be 24 hours from the time you use it not 24 hours from the time you bought it
