I also opened a new account and it’s working for me. But I have almost 900 gold bars and over 200 of each booster (except for the fishing net and block, because those are never given 🙄) in the RC for the profile that’s not working. If they’re not going to fix it, there should be some kind of compensation or refunds going on. Or at the very least, clarification of what exactly is going on and what the plan is.

Same for me!! And I have been playing since day one!! So 2 years now...I also use to have the title of expert on this page but that was taken away also. 😐

Hm not sorted with an update. Worst case would be to take the files as copied as a backup a week ago and restart from there. Its hardly imaginable you gathered new players during last week. Monday would be perfect for automatic backups, that is a common routine in informatic stuff of a bigger firm

How did you open a new account as when I try it just takes me back to my original one, did you delete and restart

After you reinstall the application play the game for a bit then a pop up should come up asking which progress you want to continue with! That is what normally happens for me when I reinstall king games and sign in again.

I just signed in with a new email I haven’t used before and after I beat the first 5 levels it opened up 🤷♀️ Don’t understand it but at least it’s working.

Closed to me. Going on week two now. I decided to wait until today to delete game altogether. No more nonsense for me.
