I have deleted the app and load it again new.
After level 5 I get access to the Arena.
When starting new I got 50 golddiggers - now I have won the Arena and therefore I do have 65 golddiggers🤷🏻♀️ Still able to play.
Do not understand why ist is not possible with the old account!?

Pues yo estoy en el nivel 1300 y no quiero empezar de nuevo....para desinstalar la aplicación.....me da miedo perderlo todo.... aunque sin arena, ya no juego

I've tried all the tips posted to get Royal back up, to no avail. Down 2 wks now :(

You know what would be supremely helpful? An actual transparent answer from the studio on what the problem(s) are. They cause many more issues when they don’t just give an honest and fully detailed answer to their customers on why RC is down. If they don’t have an ETA on when it will be restored? Say so. If the issue is an update glitch, app compatibility issue, server problem, just say so. People can handle it and will be less irritated with blatant honesty. The vague and carefully crafted nonsense they’re replying with isn’t helpful or informative, and breeds further aggravation.

So, the arena has shown as closed for over 2 weeks straight now for me....I'm very frustrated by this. Any word on why this is going on or when it will be fixed. I miss my Royal Championship matches!!! Please help me!!! 😭😭😭😭

I haven’t seen an update since Jan 13. Would be nice to know if it’s permanently closed or truly a tech issue. Support says I’m no longer allowed to play it but look for new games in the future. Seems odd to me. Wish they would just be honest with what the true situation is.
