As I understand, for some it came back, for some is still closed and there are some problems to the update.
For all who is reopened, there is an update! You can also notice that it says "2 days left":
This means that we are going to have a 3 days event! ( otherwise we would see " 47 hours left" etc).
For all who have problems updating I am going to pass it further. The same for those who have not still the game open.

When Royal came back on today there was a big deal about updating....I updated but I'm not noticing any changes 🤷🏻♀️ Has other noticed anything new? Same 3 boring games as always...I remember the day of new screens and when our suggestions were put into play...Good days 😭

mine finally came on few hours ago!! I’m happy now :) yours should be back on … try updating candy crush first that’s what I had to do!!!!!

Mine came on this morning..kept showing "2 days" instead of the hour-minute countdown.. just played a few rounds 2 hours ago & now it's closed again?And all of my gold bars were emptied?!

I was also expecting some changes, (return of mini games, some new Arenas etc) but not. I suppose that the update was mostly in the game's core and not interface changes, mini games etc.
I keep only as "positive" the longer event (3 days), something that was happening some times, a long time ago!! 😉
