Hi Lynette! First off, apologies for not tagging you and Tracy in the visual glitch thread. I honestly didn’t expect the issue to be as widespread as it turned out to be. And as always, thank you for raising the topic about the levels. It’s always a bit tricky when it comes to difficulty. I totally understand the Studio’s goal of keeping levels challenging too, but at the same time, I completely get where players are coming from, when a level feels impossible, it can take the fun out of the game.
That said, let's look at each level case by case. Sometimes players report a level but from our data shows that the level is passable. In these cases, we usually monitor the volume of mentions and feedback, and escalate it if the complaints start to build up.
The level you flagged has already been passed on to the Studio, as it clearly needs a tweak. If you have more levels generating a lot of frustration, please let me know their number.

I'd like time to resopnd in more detail, but am struggling with the current episode right now 😒

Level 8584 - there are many complaints but it is actually passable without boosters so no fix needed.

Level 8585 - trully impossible! Asks for 13 Pets and we're lucky to get 3 or 4 by the time the moves run out!

@Snow_Rider, one of our CCFS players is asking why the avatars of other players are not showing up on his map HERE. Is this by design? I don't see them on my map either.

There seems to be a major problem with the friends list at the moment. I've noticed in Candy Crush Friends Saga, Candy Crush Jelly Saga, and Bubble Witch 3 Saga that my friends list is empty when I try to send lives. I usually do this every day when I collect the daily reward. I had already shared my empty friends list in CCJS. Here's my empty friends list from CCFS and BW3 Saga:

I usually had 40 to 50 friends on the list. The latest complaint in CCFS is here:

Why aren’t my FACEBOOK friends showing up in my game app? I have no friends.

my profile is connected to Facebook however I have no friends.

I'm not connected to Facebook so it's not just a problem that only FB users have.

Farm Heroes Saga is not one of the catalog games, but is also affected.

Edit: I also wanted to add that I usually had 40 to 50 friends on my daily list to whom I sent lives. As of yesterday (Tuesday, March 25, 2025), there are no more friends on my list in the games mentioned.

I'm asking again when the CCFS app on the Windows platform will be fixed. Windows users have not had any events in the CCFS app for three weeks now. 😫

Some users are now expressing great impatience (which I can certainly understand). 😮🤐

Thank you so it's not just in Jelly it's a wide range of games with this issue 😕 hopefully they can find the cause and resolve this issue before player's get frustrated over it which I'm sure they have already and I don't blame them either it is frustrating 😟

Hi Jess, maybe we'll have to wait a bit longer until everything is sorted out. I played the new levels in Jelly today, and suddenly I had people on my friends list again. They were never there before. For example, I miss you, MountainMom, Spinnifix, KCullen127, and others where we once added ourselves on king.com. They're all gone. I hope I see everyone again and can send them lives again.
