I do not see anybody in my game but myself on the scoreboard!! It is as if I do not have any friends/not connected to the game🤔

I think the screen just went to map screen after above pop-up!!

And, there are no friends and that “Accept” button does nothing🙁 (it does not respond)

The banner above the station in Petopia has always scrolled through two different messages.
It says Welcome to Your City… then either Population You or the Population number.
The 'You' message is usually after a level that does not save any Pets, but sometimes it's just random which one you get.

@PummyRaj on re-loading the game has your banner message changed?

Hi @Snow_Rider Arina, the video below shows three examples of play immediately after completing a Level.
In the first two you can see a Pet 'wanting' something - but after doing the after level activity (like planting seeds) there are no Pets wanting rewards anywhere on the board.
In the third example I thought I was showing an example of when no Pets wanted anything after a level, but one does appear just as I've given up and moved on (I only saw it when watching the video!)

Thank you Ina for reporting I have encountered these issues before and had originally reported it now it seems to have reared it's ugly head again and started causing issues 😞 I have asked the same thing isn't it kept in a record or something these issues to avoid happening again 😕

Hopefully the issues will be resolved by the studio but sadly I doubt it because Jelly doesn't seem to be a priority and just keeps getting worse I'm sorry but I have to be honest 😔
