All extra lives from friends are already stored in the mailbox and can be used later on. When you win a reload to full Lives in the game, the Lives will reload up to the maximum 5.

Hi @julz1968 ! You can only ask for one life from each player a day, so it should not be possible to spam anyone with life requests.
