Hi @pierrefine and welcome to our Community! Have you tried with the troubleshooting on the page? Clearing cache and cookies, trying different browsers? If you are on a Windows PC you can also download the game directly to your computer from Microsoft Store and play via the app instead.

@Anya_Zakaeva @kiara_wael King.com do not have any further levels past 1827 since the game is still on the Flash Player version. You will need to switch over to Facebook, the Windows app or a mobile device. You can sync the game from King.com to both Facebook and the Windows app and mobile apps. Let me know if you need any…

@Ashy Please make sure the game is connected to the same Facebook or King account where you saved the game on. Check also this page. If nothing helps to get back your levels, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can restore them manually for you.
