Hi @Noosa_OO ! If you have a player as a friend in your game, you cannot ban them, but you can remove them from your friends list. The Game Team is also working on a new friends list feature so it will be easier to add and remove friends in the game.

@Alexandra_Tang It is correct as @Loser9 says. The level need to be over level 125 in the game. I got your new screenshot from a correct level, so all good! @AMS1012 I am not able to find any blue wrapped or striped candy in your screenshot!?
