Hi @arminahd ! Microsoft do no longer support Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the game will work on any non-supported platforms. I do recommend to upgrade to Windows 10.

@Alienscar It's another error that causes the connection issue in Sam's Streak, so they are not related with each other. But the Sam Streak issue is also under investigation:

@Graham_the_Nomad If the game makes you that stressed and raging, then I suggest that you take a break from the game. Candy Crush Saga is made to entertain and for fun, but if your blood pressure and adrenaline instead goes up when playing, then it's time to calm down a bit.
