Is the time set by your network rather than manually? Make sure that you have the latest version of the game installed. Let me know if this works :)

Ensure that you have plenty of free memory on your device, as this can cause freezing problems,and check the Playstore to see if you have the latest version of Pet Rescue installed. Also make sure, as you plan to play connected to Facebook that you have the latest version of FB installed on your device too.

I think the option is to scroll through the map to the level that you want to play. You can also see clearly on the map which levels you don't have 3 stars in. 

I am not sure but any games that you love, join their Facebook pages as they always post any news regarding new releases there first :)

Are you able to take a screenshot? Has this problem happened with any other level? 

Sounds daft but have you tried simply restarting your phone, then trying to load the game again?
