The levels can vary slightly across platforms. Sometimes I find that a level can be a little easier on my phone than on Facebook or vise versa. So just try playing elsewhere if you think the level may trickier where you are currently playing :)

I know that sometimes the levels can vary a little between platforms. I sometimes I play a level on Facebook or my iPad instead when I think the level may be easier there. 

Do you play on any mobile device too? Are your levels stored there? I would try logging out of Facebook, restarting your computer and then trying to log in again. 

What happens when you make this switch? Has this happened before? Is it only on this level?
