Hi @LoFiGummy I suspect the player is referring to the fact that she failed at baking and now can no longer unlock the level for free (but has to pay 3 GB) by playing a level on the map. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi @Just_Me-2 that happened to me yesterday too. I checked the store and updated the app. After that, I had to open and close the app twice more. Now everything is working again; the app no longer shows an offline status, and there's a new Farm Pass for the Savannah season.
