@MarilynL It is being investigated at present, but we will not get any news on this till tomorrow at the earliest. As said some people have reported troubleshooting tips as resolved this problem but not everyone. @MarilynL Hi and welcome, Please check your device is up to date and make sure it has a minimum of 2gb of free data space, as the game needs this to work correctly The issue with ads is being investigated but a few people are reporting this is a temporary problem and is resolving itself Thank you

@kka001 Hi and welcome. If its the iphone connecting to the wrong account, please try uninstalling the game and facebook. Then clear the cache in Safari (this is important). Log out and restart the device. then install just the game app and try connecting to your account. If this then connects to the right account then…
