You are not alone, I gave up hoping to get award (6 pink hammers) for completed 5 levels of BGH, Most of the time, I get gold bar/bars, but not all the time. But I hardly get the pink hammers.

When will I ever get the 6 pink boosters after I completed BGH. This is the 8th times I have lost my boosters and gold after I had completed the BGH, It kept saying I had no internet connection , try later, but my other devices have internet connection, I even have connection posting here, but how come I don’t get…

I just made it to level 5000

No point of me playing BHG , this is at least my 6th times I completed the 5th level without award , no hammers, no gold bar, no point of me emailing support to report this, all I get is an acknowledgement of my email, and I never hear from them again.

Same here, my iPad Pro is in good order, I have good connection too, I guess I have to wait for those games to appear again. Wait, wait, wait.....
