Thank you very much for your kind reply, I had reported to ‘support ‘ many times, the steps I had to go through to prove that I didn’t get the rewards are so complicated, I am a computer illiterate, I couldn’t do it. I know Kings Community can’t help, still, at least someone is listening, thanks anyway.

You are not alone, I gave up hoping to get award (6 pink hammers) for completed 5 levels of BGH, Most of the time, I get gold bar/bars, but not all the time. But I hardly get the pink hammers.

When will I ever get the 6 pink boosters after I completed BGH. I just made it to level 5000

No point of me playing BHG , this is at least my 6th times I completed the 5th level without award , no hammers, no gold bar, no point of me emailing support to report this, all I get is an acknowledgement of my email, and I never hear from them again.

Same here, my iPad Pro is in good order, I have good connection too, I guess I have to wait for those games to appear again. Wait, wait, wait.....
