To start again on Facebook you need to create a new account as it's not possible to delete your progress.

This is part of the game design. I'm sure there is a screen in the game that says something like 'messages are only available the first time you play' so if you close the browser or refresh then they will disappear.

I'm not sure I understand your post. What is crying smily? It sounds from what you're saying like you just have unlimited lives. Did you win or buy them?

It sounds like the game didn't save your progress :( I don't think there is much you can do sorry. You will just have to go back and pass the levels again.

You should see over 200 levels, are you sure you have the latest version of the app. Check that you have enough space to download it. You should have 1.14 or 15 maybe :)

It's not possible yet because the levels above 1670 are not on mobile. The new levels haven't been released so just keep an eye out for the app update.

If the game didn't recognise your progress then there is not much else you can do other than go back and pass the level again. It's not the best but its the only option really.

There is nowhere to request the tickets or you can't get them. I only ask because you have said 2 different things. Let me know which one and maybe I can help.
