There has been a lot of problems with the promos lately. I've seen posts saying the same as you so it looks like its affecting a lot of players. Do you have latest version of the app downloaded?

Try this: Close all running apps, clear the tablet cache and restart. Then try to play. If this doesn't work then check to see if your memory is full, this could be the cause so make some space.

Which platform are you connecting with, Facebook or Kingdom? Try logging out and in again, try clearing the tablet cache and restarting as well.

If you're on Facebook you can ask friends for tickets etc but if you're offline you don't have that option, so King give you the option to play the quests instead.

It could be an internet issue Kristi, are you using mobile date or wifi? Maybe check your connection, signal strength. Post up a screenshot if you can. I might be able to give you some more pointers.

Hey Don. If you saved your progress to the Kingdom (where you input your email) then it will be safe it you delete the game. The only thing you will lose is your boosters as they do not save. Before deleting I would check if clearing the game cache and restarting works first. I would also check that you have some memory…

Can you post up a screenshot of your map? Do you see the levels at all or is there a roadblock in the way maybe?
