How many times did you try the level? If its just the once then just play it again. This has happened to us all and it's just a case of playing the level again to pass it.

I think you're just gonna have to play the level again Andrea. This happens to us all, the game can crash, not recognize that you have passed it etc and all we can do is just play and pass the level again.

It's not possible to transfer boosters. Gold bars and levels get transferred via facebook/kingdom. but the boosters are always attached to the app/device that they are on.

What have you tried so far? Let me know and maybe I can say something extra things that you can try. I just checked for you and there's no issues with the game for me :)

The promotions are randomly assigned. I've learnt this from talking to players on here. Sorry to say it Tim.

Normally you should just be able to go to the app store and if you search for Candy Crush it will say if there is a game update available. Have you tried this? Let me know why you can't update, do you get any error messages etc?
