Your progress is locked to your Facebook profile so it's not possible to transfer it to a new account. Did you ever transfer your progress to a Kingdom account or was it only saved to Facebook?

Ah, it's true! If you can't get into the app fully then you can't access the settings. Did you check the other things that I mentioned? It's gonna be difficult because if you didn't your progress then you can't delete the app without losing your levels.

Try a simple restart as that can sometimes help. One other thing is to check your available memory. If your tablet is full then the app will struggle to run.

I think that before it had this option, but it doesn't exist anymore sorry. You can use your browser zoom option but the graphics will blur a little.

That's pretty unlucky Tim! That's how it can be I guess. I know the promotions don't go out to all players so I guess you're just on the end of some bad luck. I've got my fingers crossed that you get the next one!

Your progress can only be attached to one Facebook account so if your new one is at level one, then whenever you connect the game will will read this data. It's not possible to transfer it over from what I understand.

The frosting is the white tiles that you see under the candies. These can be broken by creating matches. For the 'x'd out tiles... I'm not quite sure I know what you mean, can you post up a screenshot?
