In the email receipt that you received for the purchase (from iTunes/Google etc) you should see some information on how to get a refund. Hopefully this helps :)

I'm guessing one of the servers is busy, facebook or King.com. Could be a temporary issue. What happens if you try and play in another browser, same issue?

I'm not sure what to suggest Lynn. Normally I would say to delete and reinstall the app because it solves most issues but obviously its not good for you cos you will lose your progress. Can you check if the app is fully updated in the app store?

Try and let us know exactly why you can't buy gold, do you need help with where to go, or are you getting an error message or something like this. Let us know and I'm sure someone here will help you out.

I think it will always be that way. The game was designed for Facebook originally so the levels always get added there first and then later on mobile. It's like this for most King games :)

If you check, there is a little pop up somewhere that says 'lives can only be used during the first play' or something like this, so King do inform you about it :) They also made a video to help with freezing issues: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OESCE4Jj2tU

Then take some steps to stop it happening. Check that your phone doesn't need updating, or the app. Check how much free space and Ram you have so the app can run smoothly as well.
