I'm not sure about deleting the app as I've never played on windows 10. Is it synchronized with an account like Kingdom? Check the normal things like 'available memory' and Ram. Make sure you don't have a lot of apps open etc. Maybe even a quick restart will help.

Did you play the level and try to collect the 18, maybe it's just an in-game typo. It's worth a try right.

Yeah, 2.4 is more than enough. What were the phone issues that you mentioned, maybe these have something to do with it.

Maybe force close the app and restart. Or maybe even log out of facebook/kingdom and log back in again to see if that makes them show up in your game.

I'm sure that the requirement is 18 right, but your level says 180? can you post up a screenshot of this?

I'm only on level 93 and I haven't used anything yet. I'm sure it's possible as its part of Kings way of gaming. I think it's something like each level can be passed without using boosters. If you check youtube you will see that a lot of people pride themselves on this.
